File Manager- Menu Missing

The menu when selecting an image that has options is missing. The menu that lets you view, delete, edit properties, copy doesn't show on hover. Also the list menu doesn't work and instead of **with selected is blank. This also occurs on the user are, when I select a user the **with selected menu is grayed out and inactive. I just upgraded to 5.4.2.2
