File Manager not displaying correctly
Permalink
I have set up a site for a client and have set all required advanced permissions for them to read, write, edit etc. I've even added the file manager button to their dashboard as they will need to upload images for use on their site.
My problem is this: the file manager button takes them to a page displaying the file manager layout with the following url:
www.www.mysitename.com/tools/required/files/search_dialog?disable_ch...
It has a plain white background and little to no styling (see attached file).
When uploading any file, the page directs to a blank white page with the following url:
www.www.mysitename.com/tools/required/files/importers/single...
It doesn't redirect back to the file manager unless you click the back button on your browser. There is also none of the left click menu options for editing any of the file attributes as there is in the dashboard file manager.
I was expecting a popup window similar to those that come up when editing on-page content.
Do I have a problem with my settings? Or is this just the way it is? Is there an add-on available that can solve this problem for me.
Cheers,
Adam.
