Hey all. I have a website that I created that is behaving oddly. There is an XLS file that is randomly replacing other files. So say there is a JPG file uploaded... days (or even months) later and completely randomly any page with that image will throw a "An unexpected error occurred. An image could not be created from the given input." error. When I go to the file manager you can tell which image was swapped because the preview shows a 'broken' icon. The properties panel shows the correct title but the file name and link are now the XLS file.

This is on a site that is one of six sharing the same core and the others have not shown this problem.

This is totally weird, I know, but any ideas?
