File Permissions not working

I have Advanced Permissions enabled, and I specifically restricted Guest access to specific file sets, but they are still able to view/download them. I even tried restricting it for all files (via the "File Manager Permissions"), but they are still able to access them.

Not sure if it's the same issue but I reported a bug here:

Perhaps you can add your issue to these bug reports.

Yeah, the second link is similar to what I'm experiencing.

It's a big issue because I don't want guests to be able to access the files that you need to pay for (because it's a membership site).

Hopefully it can get resolved very quickly.

Upon further investigation, I found out that the permissions seem to only affect the URL that contains the /download_file/ in it, but if you go to it via the "URL To File" in the file's properties, you can still access/download it.

I'm going to send this in to the Bug Tracker. Hopefully I'll get a solution.
