file sets

I have some issues with the sets and file sets page display - concrete{fresh install ] does not display the page with the files- please have a look at the attachments

any suggestions?

I was passing by, and got a glance of your question.
I did not understand your question exactly, so elaboration might help.

Is it maybe the File Manager permission that need to be set to viewable by Guests?
System & Settings>>File Manager Permissions>>Guest View Site Files set to YES.

I've changed the file permission - did not help.

When I'm logged in as administrator and click on one of the file sets to change the order of the files - I get an empty page with a few links [ attachments]The file sets page does not work properly

please let me know
