Files menu doesn't load in composer for specific users group

Hi everybody,
I created a custom blog page type built to allow "registered users" group to write articles.
When I edit this page type in the composer as an admin, everything works fine but when I log in as a "registered user", the message "Error. File not found" appears. That's only a minor problem.
But the real issue is when I try to add image, file, or thumbnail in the composer : the progress bar loads forever and I can't reach the Files menu.
Did I miss something while editing users permission ? Is it another problem ?
I would be greateful if someone could help me !

- I can't add image on the text editor with the composer and with the text block
- I can't add file with the file block

Add the user goup to these permissions
