Hi
Can someone please confirm the following for me, if they have the same do I report as bug ?

1. Fresh install of Elemental
2. Turn on advanced permissions
3. give Registered Users access to dashboard
4. give Registered Users access to sitemap
5. give Registered Users access to create page type Blog Entry
6. create new user (user1) with just access Registered User
7. User1 logs in first time and clicks on create Blog Entry which results in 404 Error Page not found.
8. User1 logs out and then back in again and is now able to create Blog Entry
