I need someone to tell me how I can have my 'Scrapbook Tabs Block' be collapsed when the page renders. Currently the block offers a click or mouse-over tab that will collapse the content and reopen it. However, when the page first renders the content is open and I need it collapsed. The links still need to open and collapse the content.

I am hoping that I can get an answer to this... possible or not possible; and if possible how. It will make a Huge difference on my page design so anyone with timely feedback is greatly appreciated.
