Flash Core Block accidentally deleted

I accidentally deleted the Flash core block and have tried to no avail to restore it. Can somebody help me, please? I'm a step above novice and feel comfortable going into the server files. Thanks in advance.
I have the same issue...different block though. I have mistakenly deleted the core survey block. I have re-downloaded the block to the updates folder and it still does not appear in the Add Functionality area. Is there something needed to be done in the database to restore this block?
dive into the downloaded copy by going to root/concrete/blocks/flash
copy the flash block folder to the same place of your website.
if you've updated versions of your C5 site then you will need to upload the flash folder into root/updates/versionXXXX/concrete/blocks/
try that and see if you can get it back!
