Flow Player

Hi! I just installed Flow Player, but it doesn't come up on my "block list" - and the support for it seems to have disappeared. Is it no longer working? If not, what do you suggest for embedding a video from a URL? Animoto provided me with code, but I am not sure where to put it on the page and thought Flow Player would be a good compromise.
