Folders in File Manager

Hi guys is there any way to make folders in the filemanager?? if not i think that would be a great feature
the coming 5.3 release has something similar. It supports "sets".. Almost like gmail is sorting the emails.
i need it asap is it in the svn??
the svn version has quite a few problems.. It's not finished yet!
ok just let me know when it is stable!!
