Font Style - Changing for specific add-on blocks

I have two different issues with some fonts in blocks for add-ons, and I have been unsuccessfully in figuring out how to change the font size/style for the specific block and not the whole website
Issue one: Forum page

The font labeling each forum appears to be bolded, we don't want it bold (as it is to hard to read). There are three different blocks with the same forum block that need it changed. The text is of the style H2.
Issue two: Photo Album page

This page the font is way to big, we are thinking of reducing from 45 to 20 but again I don't know where to go to correct this. This is a picasa album block and the text is again style H2.

You should be able to add these style definitions into your stylesheet and have them only affect that block type.
thanks! I seem to still be having issues affecting the forums text, but I have successfully fix the picasa text.
