I am editing a site where there are three footer blocks, each one followed by a "Add to Sitewide Footer [1,2,or 3]". I deleted the three footer blocks and added my own block to sitewide footer 1.
I preview the site, it looks OK.
I publish my edits, it looks OK.
I sign out, and the new footer block is there PLUS the 3 footers that I had previously deleted.
If I sign in again, the site looks OK -- just the one single footer I put in. Sign out, and the deleted footers reappear.

I have cleared server cache, cleared browser cache, used two other browsers - and the "deleted" footers are still there. Where in Concrete5 are they hiding? How do I get rid of them?
