Hi,
OK, bit strange question however I have added a extra footer block (not sure how, but whilst editing code I have)and want to get rid of it. Any ideas anyone?
It not a problem being there, however it has created a column to the right of the page that is the same colour as the footer so taking it the two are connected.
Hope have given enough information and if you need any more information let me know and will post it.

screenshots of what you mean would be nice.
Not problem. Attached are screenshots of the column and one of the extra block.
the Custom Footer Area?
in your theme find some code like
the $a could be anything, but delete that and the $a->display()

Thanks for that. Will try it out and see what happens.
Had a look, and can't seem to find that coding anywhere. Any idea roughly which folder it could be in?
