Urgent! – Forgotten Username and Password?? Reset not working

Im setting up a concrete site for my wifes ballet school and I totally cant remember what the login is at all.

Its my wifes email but the reset isnt coming through.

This is urgent, What can I do? I bought the blog and another addon and I cant get them, I cant log in at all.
