Form Doesn't Redirect on Submit

Hi all, I've a costumer complaining about a form not redirecting to "thank you" page.
The form has that setting on and it should be working. All other forms on site work, but no this one on homepage.
Please checkhttp://www.porteleva.pt (bottom left large form).
I've cleaned cache and IDK what else to do.

Hey there, I'm looking to have my website redirect on submit to a thank you page as well. I see on the URL you attached that you have it working. Can you share how you did this please? Thanks in advance!
Hey. I had two confliting forms with the same name. I renamed one of them and it worked out. Check out the form Options where the name field is.
If it doesn't work for you, try deleting your form and building a new one in the same stack. Pay attetion to naming it differently.
