Form not sending email to me

I have not found a solution to the form situation at my page:http://www.site-rite.net/index.php/search/contact-form/... . The page is there and the form is on the page, but when I fill out the form and hit the submit button, I get this server message. "Error 404: File Not Found
The requested page is not found. This may happen due to the following reasons: Page or file is outdated, renamed, moved, or does not exist. . .You typed the address incorrectly, likehttp://www.example.com/pgae.html... instead ofhttp://www.example.com/page.html.... . .
Please contact your webmaster if you are not sure what goes wrong. . . (end of server message) I have deleted and rebuilt the page, and redone the form several times. Any ideas as to what might be amiss? If others are having this problem, please let me know. Thanks

I bought the C5 block extended form and am not using the form block included with C5. I assume you are using the included form block? With your form block, when you are in edit mode, is there an options tab? Under options, you should be able to un-check the redirect to another page. My guess is the form is redirecting to a non-existent page. If there is no option to un-check redirect to another page, then I suggest buying the extended form (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/-/view/?submit_search=1&search_keywords=extended+form) block which has many more options and is more stable.
Yes, I am using the C5 included form block and I do see the options checkbox to redirect to another page, but I did not have it checked, so that is evidently not the problem. Maybe I will try checking it- just in case someone constructed it in a contrary way! I think I will purchase the extended form, not because I need extended functionality, but because I need a very simple form to at least function in a basic way. The included form does not function properly. I lived in Ballard, Seattle for 13 years. . Loved the green there, but love the sunshine here in CO. Thank you for your reply.
