The current in built form block is limited, is there a custom form builder of any sort that can be used?
I need to do things like have 2 and 3 abreast boxes and it would be brilliant if there were conditional boxes too.
I am no coder, so I doubt I could mod this myself, but I would buy such a block - any ideas?

I have spent a couple of hours trying to code one myself - but I really want the results to be posted in the dashboard.
any thoughts? maybe a new feature request.
