I put an Enquette on the form this field are using the whole width of the page is there a way to divide the page in two parts (I tried add layout) but after clicking ok the layout is gone

You could add some custom CSS to the block, making the form width 50% (of it's container).

Layouts are different between 5.6 and 5.7 - which are you using?
