Frozen Edit Mode

When I am in edit mode I cannot click on anything shown on the website, however it will let me use the taskbar. Tried resetting Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and still get the same response.

This is only happening on the home page as well, usually when you are to scroll over an item the entire block would turn gray, this is not happening, and won't allow me to click on anything but the task bar.
I've had this sort of problem when there are Javascript errors on the page (usually in blocks that have been added). It looks like you're using Chrome. If so, you might try using the developer tools Ctrl+Shift+I to check.

I think this is on purpose -- Concrete5 disables all links in edit mode so you don't accidentally navigate off the page. If you want to click on things you have to exit edit mode (you can always click "Preview Changes" instead of "Publish" if you just want to see how something looks).
