Getting a "Unable to access the file manager" when trying to add content

2 days ago I was not having this problem. I get the message when I attempt to edit any content block on every page of my site. What is going on!?!? In addition, every time I login, the password I have used for years only reloads the login page. No error message, just reloads. So, I have to reset my password every time I access and there is no dashboard option, nor does it appear in the url.
