getting rid of header title

Hi, I just started playing with Concrete 5 to design my website. I'm using the dark chocolate theme, and a default header is appearing at the top of the page with my company name on it "mcmillan & son real estate llc", can anyone tell me how to remove it and put a jpeg (preferably of my logo) in its place?
