Global "my_site_name" not loading correctly

The header area "my_site_name" is not showing up correctly.
I created a new page and under the header there is a "Add to header nav". I can click on this and add my Global "my_site_name" and it shows up correctly, as you can see there are 4 icons on the right where above it only shows one and in the top left corner
Attached is a screen cap, can you help?
I cleared the cache

You could create a new scrap book item with the logo in it and give it a different name and see how that goes.
The scrapbook "my_site_name" or any name i give it works.
It just doesn't work as the header of the page. Here is the link from the screen cap.

It's the same file as the header and again as a block.
