Global Scrapbook error when I try to update

I am trying to update the My_Site_Name content in my Global Scrapbook on my c5host account to change Concrete5 Site to something else, but I receive this error message whenever I try to update the text:
PDOException: could not find driver
I have done a search for this specific error in the forums as well as reviewed posts on updating the Global Scrapbook, but I can't seem to find a solution.
(FYI: I also received the same error when trying to add content to my personal scrapbook and when trying to add content to a new scrapbook that I created. Perhaps this is some sort of installation error.)
I am a Concrete5 newbie, and I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks in advance.

if you are hosting with concrete5, open a ticket through your control panel, if elsewhere please contact your host
Thank you. After some experimentation, I discovered that the errors I was receiving were caused by enabling the Security Wall add-on. When I disabled it, the errors went away. I will need to review documentation about the Security Wall plug-in before I enable it again in order to prevent this problem from happening again.
