the instructions to use the +1 button in my web.
It has two parts:
1st - code to insert before <body> tag, and
2nd - code to insert where you want to show de button.
The question is, how and where can I insert the first code?

you can use the html block to insert it wherever you want on the page. Also you can put it in the footer from the dashboard (sitewide setting / tracking code)
There's an app--err, I mean add on for that:

i guess that might be easier. the html block is real easy to use also, just copy and paste the code google gives you
