Google old search results

Hello

Thanks to a fair bit of help on here I've managed to get my company's site all migrated over to C5 and it's looking great and working well, one problem I hadn't envisaged at the start though is what would happen with the old page links in google.

So far they are still at the top of google and just go through to a page404 which is obviously not what I want at all.

Is there a way to get those links to all redirect to their relevant pages easily or should I ask google to remove them and wait for the site to be crawled again?

There are about 30 pages, but about 5 that appear right at the top of google under the main site link that are going to confuse customers.

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks
