I I was using the Greek Yogurt theme in the demo and liked the look of it , now I have set up hosting account and downloded Concrete 5, its not in the themes in the dashboard nor in the add themes section.
Does anyone know how I can locate it?

When I say 'siteroot' I mean the actual place where you have your site on the webserver. The installation directory that also holds index.php.
To enable Pretty URLs (=get rid of index.php in your addresses) you go to 'Dashboard > System & Settings > SEO & Statistics > Pretty URLs' and tick the checkbox. In most cases the CMS will be able to create/edit your .htaccess file with the correct information. If not you will need to copy the code presented to you into a file named .htaccess in your siteroot.

Anyways, you can always download the concrete5 zip (link below) and extract the theme located in concrete/themes folder into your themes folder (siteroot/themes). After that you should be able to find your Greek Yogurt theme from the dashboard.
