Greek Yogurt theme - Sidebar issue

I am tweaking the greek yogurt theme to fit my needs. I almost got everything to work, just one issue - the side bar. On the default page/home everything looks okay, the side bar is fit between the header and the footer. But, all the subsequent pages the side bar seems shorter, I have no idea what I am doing wrong. All the pages have the same page type. Please help.
