I installed the Grunge Columns theme because it has three columns. I can't figure out how to select the page type that includes the three columns. When I select the Design" tab on the editing toolbar, four page types display, but none of the four page types have three columns. The theme description notes it has "six page types", but I'm not sure where to find the six page types. I know I can build or split blocks to get the three columns, but if possible I'd like to just use a template that already has it.
