Guest Can Not View Editable Content

Hello,

I can edit content when logged in, but Guest or non-logged in users can not view the content that has been added..

This is my first time using Concrete5 and I turned on Advanced Permissions and I wondering if that has anything to do with it...

My site is app.websqool.com as you can see some data above the Font Awesome icons can not be seen...
