Guestbook not sending comments

Hello there,
I just set up the C5 simple blog. The guestbook gives errors even though all entries are correct. It shows these:
Please correct the following errors:
- Name is required
- Invalid Email Address
sometimes even for the captcha after it is accepted (by the captcha add-on):
-incorrect captcha
could you please help me solve this?
