Hi.
I have accidentally deleted head nav. How do I get it back? I am new to this and really need help.

If you mean that you deleted your navigation than you will want to put the page in edit mode, click on the nav area, click add block, and than add the autonav block. From there you want to click on the newly added auto nav block and select custom template, pick out breadcrumbs or dropdowns or what not and than save , publish.
