Header Nav

Hi all,
I have a problem and I am clueless. My header nav does not show up as an option when I try to add it into header nav box section. I checked under stacks and the stack header nav does exist but when I go to add it into the header nav area, the only thing that appears is the sidenav stack.
The header nav is supposed to look like this according to the theme

It is supposed to be horizontal and designed. BUT because it does not give me the header nav stack option when I try to add it to the header nav block, it does not appear like this. The only thing I can add is a side nav stack or an auto nav block. If I add the auto nav block into the header line, then it is vertical and not designed.
