Help! Accidentally deleted Admin permissions

Hello! I have accidentally unchecked the box for Admin permissions for editing; now I have a ghost page that I cannot use the address. I know...rookie mistake, but can anyone please tell me how to fix this? I am a page editor, not the person who built the site. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
