SOLVED - Contact form not working on live website

The contact form is not working on a clients live website.

In the log it shows the messages, but I selected the checkbox in the form block to send the message to a specific e-mail. I won't get send to that e-mail I put in. (I marked the checkbox).

To test if the e-mail function worked I did "forgot password" and that worked.

Any suggestions?!

If you go to your Logs page in the Dashboard does it show that the emails are going out? If so it could be an issue of a spam filter on the recipient's end.

It say's that the e-mail is getting send. But the e-mails won't get into a mailbox (tried different accounts) I also tried SMTP and tried (with 2 different account, g-mail and clients account) both times it takes very log to test the settings and after 1/2 minutes get "Connection timed out"...

Any suggestion?

Solved.

I used SMTP but I got blocked by the firewall at the host company.
So now it is added and works fine.
