HELP! Having trouble with eCommerce: Authorize.net

I have set up my site for the Advanced Integration Method, using an existing Authorize.net account (API Login ID and Transaction Key) we already have in place and proven already working (for a legacy site).

However, on the new C5-based site I've built, at runtime during checkout, I'm getting the C5 message, "This Transaction Cannot be Accepted", at the moment it should be interfacing with Authorize.net Since Authorize.net always provides an error code number for any content-based failure, this looks like an C5 eCommerce package message.

Any ideas what might be wrong anybody? I have the AIM fields set to Live and have verified my Authorize.net API Login ID and Transaction Key are correct. What else could be going wrong?
