Help! Layout fatal error

Hi everyone,
I made a big boo boo..... I went to add a layout in the header and entered dimensions instead of columns and rows. Oops! Now the site is not loading right and I cannot get in to fix the problem. I know dumb move right?
Anyways is there anyway I can delete the layout and get the site back up and running?
