C5 is pretty intuitive, it's what makes it such an amazing CMS.
You can easily add a form by choosing it from the 'add block' list in edit mode. Links are just as easy. Use the 'content' block and from there you can choose to link to a page within your site by clicking that option in the tabs area or you can clink the little 'chain' icon on the content editor toolbar and insert your link there.
