Help - missing Home page

Hello!
I've just added a picture today on my homepage in Concrete5 --> but afterwards I cannot do anything on the mainpage - since it was this I did edit.!
No menu in the top - and all content from the mainpage is missing.
All I did was added a new JPEG in the left menu ( Accepting Creditcards)
Howe can I make this back - Since I do not have the edit bar in top - can not choose anything on this page - while every other page on the same homepage are running fine.
What to do ???

On the main default site - I'm only trying to add a picture - but each time I'm doing that - all content on the webpage dissapears.
The only way of getting anything to work is top manually recover from ealier Database - but then trying again to get the picture on the webpage - but each time the same result!
