Help! Set Login to email ID, Don't know the email associated wit ADMIN ID

Set Login to email ID, Don't know the email associated with my ADMIN ID and all the emails I use show invalid ID. How do I get back as an admin to change??? Any direction to a previous thread or your fine advise would be greatly appreciated!!!
You can change the email associated with the super user by logging into your database, going to the users table, and changing the email (uEmail) associated with uID 1.
