Help with Error screen

I was changing a picture on my site last night and got the attached error message which is now the only thing that comes up when anyone goes to the site - HELP!

How do I fix this?? I'm desperate!

oh, in case it's easier the message reads

An Unexpected Error Occurred
An image could not be created from the given input

And I'm locked out of the site - please help!

Hi VectorEquestrian,

A user posted to the concrete5 japan forum with the same error.

"It seems to be an error in the GD library used by concrete5. Please contact your hosting support for error logging on the server side."
