I'm the Coach of a high school Cross Country Team, and Track & Field team, and we're putting together a website. We want a "Spirit Wear" page, that athletes and/or parents can select some items, indicating quantity, and size, and print our a summary of what they want, so they can bring the form and a check to our school. These are not for profit, just cost. Things like warmups, tee shirts, parent shirts, water bottles, etc. Is there a block that will help me with that? I thought about using the survey block, but they don't get a summary. I want them to use the summary basically as a completed order form. Our school doesn't allow online payments.
