Help with my site password

Hi,
I had my password to my site however i misplaced it. I have typed my email address in to get my password reset, but have not received anything for the past 4 hours. Can someone lend assistance as I can't get into editing my own website.

Hi, You can login to your phpmyadmin and look in the MySQL and make sure you have the correct email address entered and then resend the password. Hope this helps.
