Help please

Is there anyone out there who can advise me why I keep getting an unable to load sitemap data error.

I cant get it to work and its stuffing up my navigation(I think).

Ive tried to sort this out to no avail. There must be someone who knows the problem.

replace the file listed in that error with the one that's attached, and let me know if that fixed it.
