Is it possible to completely clear the home page and start again from scratch? Just taken over a business with an awful designed site and need to totally renovate it. Have sussed out how to do other pages but am having problems with re-doing the home page. Would preferably like to wipe it and start again. Any help would be grateful.

The best way that I can think of is simply to delete all blocks from the page and add your own stuff.

Or, if you're familiar with theme development for Concrete, you could create a whole new page type file (ex. "home.php"), and upload it to the theme directory in the packages directory. Then you'd have to inspect the theme in the dashboard and make sure "home" is added.

If the later is over your head, I would just go with the first option, and maybe even use a different page type from what is being currently used.
