homepage info fading out on mobile

I need some help. This may be a very easy solution for the right person. I just don't know about mobile rendering.

I have a call to action button in the header image of my home page, but it's getting lost and not showing on mobile. The content is fading out.

Can someone just help me with turning off the fading?
