Host Gator Server Issues
Permalink
I have a client using Host Gator and everything seemed to be working okay; until yesterday. For whatever reason I have tried three different c5 installations (two modified and one completely "clean" install) and get the same results:
When I am trying to save a block on the image slideshow (default included in c5) I get this error
There's also some other weird errors going on when I try to add an image like the fact when I click "choose" it just doesn't do anything and the link is javascript:void(0)
I use a different server and have never had this issue arise before.
What is going on here? Host Gator support referred it back to me but I am not having these issues on any servers or hosting providers.
Update: this is causing an error now on every block when I try to save any block I am editing; I have tried clearing the cache under system settings numerous times. This has pretty much left the site uneditable.
When I am trying to save a block on the image slideshow (default included in c5) I get this error
