How can I delete or edit content blocks that are not shown?
I have a site that mostly uses c5mix's slate theme. (I don't think this theme itself is causing the problem, but it might be related.) One page is causing a problem, but others are fine.
The page that has a problem uses two columns on the top, one column at bottom (two over one) layout. This page serves an HTML that is abruptly truncated in the middle. This screws up a few things, including the top menu bar that appears when I'm logged in. This bar does not appear so that I can't bring this page into the edit mode. Even if I do so by writing the URL manually, it also truncates the HTML abnormally so the edit mode does not function.
Comparing to the HTML generated by another page of similar structure, I guessed that the HTML is truncated at the end of two columns part, suggesting that the problematic content is in the single column part. So if I change the page layout to two columns (no one column block) through the site map from the dashboard, the page renders without a problem. I have no option but to leave it like that for now.
Without being able to see it, there is no way to say this for sure, but I think the content block causing the problem is HTMLBlock. There is also a possibility that a deleted block in Clipboard is still referenced and causing a problem (that happened on other pages on the same site... I can't remember how that happened, though.).
But is there a way to edit or delete the content block that is in the single column part without first showing the content by using a layout that shows it? (Because it will cause the same problem again!)
Or, is there a workaround for a situation like this?
