How can I edit the output page of the form.

Hi,

I have trouble with the form url.
if you click on any image onhttp://hsphotos.metadigital.co.uk/index.php/all-entries... it should get you to the image page. It isn't working though, because the url doesn't contain ...metadigital.co.uk/index.php/.... I'm gettinghttp://hsphotos.metadigital.co.uk/all-entries/entry/?ref_cID=157&am...
Is there any way i can modify the form so it includes the index.php in it's links?

I was trying to sort this out by pretty url, but it didn't work.
