how can I link my project to my concrete5.org account

I'm in my project site, click on dashboard, then add-on, then project page, log-in and I do not see my project listed.
I'm new to C5 and have been struggling.

Any immediate help is appreciated!

on your site or this site?

the procedure you said above applies half to a site and have to c5.org

I use my user ID & pw to get into my site, and would like to ad an add-on. To do that, directions tell me to go to dashboard, then add functionality, go to project page & log into c5.org after logging in to C5.org, I look for my project, and there are none listed.

So, how can I assign my project/site to my C5.org account so that I can add functionality, etc. I also have another individual C5.org content mgr (according to directions) I need to add to the site via C5.org, but need to get myself there first.

Thanks for the screenshots. They were helpful, & I've discovered that the site is connected to the community already, however, not through my user id & pw. I am the owner of the site; payments, et.al.

Original connection was made by someone no longer with my co. and I'm desperately trying to sort things out and launch my site. I cannot see my site (from Dashboard) on my C5.org account.

As I mentioned, another individual is working the content for me & has a C5.org account; purchased an add on and we are now struggling to get my C5.org acct. connected to my site, so I may then add this individual in order to upload the add-on.

I made several attempts to get someone to call me to no avail. If you can offer another alternative it would be most helpful. Thank you in advance for the support.

have them add you as a developer to the project

ah there in-lies the problem, as I mentioned, the person who originally established the site, user id & pw is no longer with the company. Your suggestion is quite simple, yet not easily executed, unless you can advise who at C5 can help.

thanks

you can reconnect the site to the marketplace, but any addons that were assigned to the project are still on the other acct,

to reconnect,

you have to go into the database, specifically the Config table, there are 2 entries that start with MARKETPLACE if you delete both you should be able to reconnect your site

If I do this, will I lose the current add-on's that were established by the original individual purchased & uploaded?

And/or, will I now have control over those add-on's should I choose to remove and/or re-establish them?

OR...will I lose control over them?
